 Canva is a free graphic design program. It's a tool that allows you to make invitations, business cards, Instagram posts and more! You can even upload your own photos and add them to Canva's templates. It's like a basic version of Photoshop that's free and doesn't require extensive photo editing knowledge to use. Also, Canva offers free tutorials for graphic design and branding!

Here, I prepared a tamblet example made on Canva. To make my students more conscious about the Climate Change and use English in the process, I may want them to prepare tamblets like these.  

Students can use Canva to design and create their own learning portfolios to better visualize their learning. Canva can be used for preparing presentation and lecture slide creation. Students can work collaboratively. They can create a group of up to 10 members for free. They can also engage in peer review by liking, commenting on, and editing one another’s work.

Nearpod

Nearpod is a tool that can help teachers make the class interactive. Teachers can create interactive presentations that include contents like videos, pdfs and audios or activities like polls, tests, open ended questions, matching pairs and quizzes. Students can gain access to these presentations through links and codes that teachers share with them. Teachers can share these materials either as live participation or student-paced.     Here's an example of Nearpod presentation. This is a powepoint slide I created a while ago but I added some contents on it with the help of Nearpod. We can add time limit and state a point for each question. Before saving this interactive presentation, we can also preview it.  Teachers can assign homeworks to their students. Students can engage on their own time as well! Teachers can provide a student paced code and they can access the Nearpod lesson at home, or anywhere with internet connection. Teachers can also create some mini games for students. T

Virtual Reality

  Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment.  By simulating as many senses as possible, such as vision, hearing, touch, even smell, the computer is transformed into a gatekeeper to this artificial world. The only limits to near-real VR experiences are the availability of content and cheap computing power. Virtual reality can improve education by providing students with memorable and immersive experiences that would otherwise not be possible, it can all take place within the classroom. VR is accessible to every student and can be easily monitored by teachers. Sutori

Sutori is a collaborative tool for creating and sharing interactive timelines and presentations. Teachers can create classes and in order for their students to join the class, they can send students codes to access shared timelines and create their own.
