  SAMR Model tries to find more meaningful uses of technology in teaching. It’s divided into two branches and which are Transformation and Enhancement. Each branches are also divided into two branches. Enhancement : Substition: Technology acts as direct tools with functional improvement and it uses the traditional way. Augmentation: Technology acts as direct tool without functional improvement. It reproduces the previous practice. Creating an e-book could be an example of augmentation. Transformation : Redefiniton: It is the creation of new tasks. Students are in charge of education. Modification: It allows for significant task redesign. There’s interaction between students in practices. Modifying the previous practice by keeping the heart of the matter is crucial.

We live in an era that technology is very important. Technology can be helpful to education as well.  So, it has become important to incorporate technology into our classrooms.  TPACK stands for Technological Pedaagogical Content Knowledge. It is a framework that guides us about the integration about technology in education and how we can structure lessons to provide a better education while incorporting technology. TPACK focuses on teechnological knowledge(TK), pedagogical knowledge(PK) and content knowledge(CK).    Content Knowledge (CK)  – This describes teachers’ own knowledge of the subject matter. It can differ according to lesson and grade level. Pedagogical Knowledge (PK)  – This describes teachers’ knowledge of the, processes, and methods regarding teaching and learning. Technological Knowledge (TK)  – This describes teachers’ knowledge of, and ability to use, various technologies and technological tools.
